Hello! My name is Brooke Hassler. Growing up with 5 sisters I was always surrounded by gobs of blonde hair (oh the 80’s) and lots of commotion (or drama). I often times found myself sneaking into my older sisters rooms to use their makeup and hairspray (pretty regularly in fact). I may have even cut my own bangs a time or two as a youngster. (Sorry momma) I now get to spoil my 19 year old step daughter and 15 nieces and nephews with all things beauty related! I get my outlet for my love of music when I help my husband Tyler, DJ weddings on the weekend but have to stop myself from wanting to go out on the dance floor or grabbing the mic for karaoke. Confession: I consider myself a dessert connoisseur and a card shark. If you want to know the best restaurants just by their dessert, I know them all! And I will never say no to a card game! |
My tank is full of coffee, good vibes and a #bossbabe mentality. I am constantly looking for ways to grow and be the best version of myself, both at work and at home. I have found an equal passion for hair in the business management and leadership role that ownership has engaged for me. Knowing first hand how incredible this industry can be as a life long career, I truly enjoy seeing and celebrating the successes of newer ones in the industry and helping them build that joy filled and prosperous career.
Behind the chair, you’ll usually find my client and I laughing and talking about life. Big Chops are my FAV! There’s nothing more liberating than chopping off a few inches into a sassy bob or spunky pixie! (Get used to the compliments now) As women we love changing up our styles so I equally enjoy helping ones through the grow out process and shifting the fun “chop” to fun with color! In August of 2020 I was more than happy to shave my head along with my sister who because of hair loss from chemo, shaved hers before waiting to lose it all. With my love of short styles and knowledge on best practices for growing out short hair, I am thankful to be able to help her through this tough road and be able to walk it right along with her.

Welcome! My name is Jayla. I have been doing hair for around 3 years now and fall more and more in love with it every day. I graduated from Paul Mitchell here in Normal in July 2023 and am very proud of that accomplishment. While in hair school, I did the night program and it was nothing short of difficult. Working a full time job all day, then going to school until 10pm was the most testing period of my life. I will always be proud of myself for making it through. I genuinely love having such a special, fun career, and one that makes people feel beautiful too! I was born in Decatur IL, but pretty much grew up in Normal as I moved here when I was 9. I went to Normal Community High School, and also attended Hair Masters cosmetology while in high school, through a fun career program. During high school, I had lots of friends and I was always the beauty guru of the friend group. Spent lots of time doing other girls hair and makeup for all types of occasions, especially proms and homecomings. |
My mom would always yell at me for focusing more on other girls than my own for those special days, but I loved doing it so much. I never wandered from hair and never will.
I have a pretty large family all over the state of IL. I have 4 parents who are amazing, and 3 siblings from them who are all under the age of 10. I am a big sis through and through. Very protective and loving towards them. It seems as though my sister may be following in my footsteps as she is very into all things skin care and beauty. My current favorite things are obviously my friends, going to church, country music, and binge watching tv shows. I've always been a girl who loves a good girls night out or in, whether it be a party or some chill time with snacks and a movie. I tend to go for romance movies:) I also love heading over to church on a beautiful Sunday morning with my girls. It's always so healing and sweet. Country music will always soothe my soul. If you haven't heard of Tailgate and Tallboys, the country music festival here in Bloomington, you are missing out big time. It is my favorite time of the year. Every June all of my family comes down and we get to see amazing country music artists all weekend long. It's the most fun time ever.
If you find yourself in my chair I hope you enjoy the great conversations, laughs, and time we have together. I pride myself in how outgoing and talkative I am, which is very beneficial to my career. I am so excited to see you and make you feel even more beautiful!

Hi! My name is Gray! I graduated from Tricoci University in February 2022! Since I was little, I always loved playing with makeup and I continued with my love of makeup throughout Junior High and High School. I gradually became more interested in skincare and realized I could make a career out of that. I couldn't imagine doing anything else! I love to sing and dance, cuddling with my orange cat Cleo, and spending time with my friends and family! My boyfriend and I are involved with a young adult group in our church and meet weekly for food, fellowship, and time in God's word! I've been lucky enough to travel on a few mission trips in my life through my youth groups and church. I've been to Michigan a few times, Texas, and Mexico! I hope to go on many more! Lash Lift and Tints are probably my favorite service to perform, but I love everything I do! |

Hi, my name is Claudia! I recently moved back to the area after living in Chicago for five years . I received my bachelors degree of Interior Design from ISU. During the pandemic I decided to make a career change. Enrolling in beauty school turned out to be the best decision I ever made. I am a graduate of Aveda and a licensed aesthetician. I have been a Lash technician for 2 1/2 years. My ultimate goal in this industry is to enhance my clients’ natural beauty and make them feel great about themselves. I take pride in a lengthy consultation to ensure my clients will be satisfied with their service. In my spare time, I like to play with my one eyed cat, Ivy. She’s my sidekick! I am true crime obsessed. I love listening to podcasts with my clients and discussing recent true crime cases. I also enjoy reality TV and keeping up with what’s going on in the world.
